	UVitec has developed several different coatings and screen inks specifically for the tube decorating market. Coatings that accept stamping and imprinting and still wet out well on the tube are not easy to manufacture. UVitec manufactures all of its pigmented ink products from dry grind, ensuring greater flexibility and performance on press. UVitec knows that screen inks for tubes have a viscosity quite unique within the printing world and are asked to perform in ways that regular screen inks do not usually touch.
	All of UVitec's coatings for the tube decorating market are custom designed for its intended end use. Our matte coatings for tubes are designed for that segment, they are imprintable and offer good scuff and rub. Our coatings provide the best oxygen barrier and impermeability that free radical coatings can provide.Our cationic coatings offer excellent barrier impermeability and low viscosity.
